DataViews: disable per-page pagination

The DataViews component supports pagination, both per-page and previous/next links:

However, some data sources DataViews interacts with don't support per-page pagination. The issue is that there's no way for the DataViews component to display only previous/next links, like in the following:

Hi, I would like to work on it.
Gone through the issue and the DataViews component, we have paginationInfo parameter that we can pass as a prop in this component, Shall I add a flag in the paginationInfo, already its an object and have totalItems and totalPages keys. Where we can enable and disable the per page pagination filter in the footer?

After adding the flag:
If it is enable (true is passed to the flag, will be by default):

If it is disable (false is passed to the flag)

would like to know few more opinions if any, before implementing this solution. In meantime I will work and create a draft PR.
