Update outdated Creative Commons link in navigation

I’ve found that the navigation link pointing to https://creativecommons.org/about/cclicenses/ now redirects to https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/cclicenses/.
I checked with my Locale Translation Editor permissions, but this link appears to be part of the source string and not something translatable at the string translation level.
Could this be updated in the source to reflect the current canonical URL?
