Trigger an error message when the user passes an invalid blueprint URL

Motivation

Testing the @latest version of CLI, when I'm using the flag --blueprint with an invalid URL, the CLI executed the command without passing any error:

cli.error.mp4

The CLI should display an error message as in the previous versions.
