wis2box 1.0.0 released

We are excited to announce the official release of WIS2 in a box 1.0.0! This is the first major release of the project, providing Reference Implementation of a WMO WIS2 Node.

Following the valuable feedback we received after the release candidate (RC1), we have made a number of minor bug fixes. Thank you to the WIS2 in a box community for the valuable feedback provided to the RC1 release — your input has been crucial in shaping this milestone.

WMO is committed to continuously supporting WIS2 in a box. We will be actively working on future updates, including new features and bug fixes based on feedback from our users.

The WIS2 in a box training webpage has been updated to align with wis2box release 1.0.0. New users of wis2box can use the training webpage to become familiar with WIS2 and the features of wis2box.
