A bug in DensitySummation, missing of volume update when use FREESTREAM or FREESURFACE

As figure shows, the update in DensitySummation<Inner<FreeSurface, SummationType...>> will implicitly overwrite the update in DensitySummation<Inner<>>

And theoretically, the volume should be updated as

While there is no volume update in the update of DensitySummation<Inner<FreeSurface, SummationType...>>

This also happens when use FREESTREAM
