Is it possible to Implement the Board Revision 1.1 from Vivado 2017.1/2 I would love to experiment on building on a used Virtex Ultrascale to make a high powered packet processor that also does DPI Inspection. FPGA boards of this caliber are very hard to come as entry level ones that do the same thing are near expensive and impossible to do.

Also Microblaze is not 64-Bit in the 2017 version of Vivado this would be another reason why I hope to get this implemented and properly buy a vivado license later.
