Adding custom boards, new build steps

Hello,

As part of my Master's, I have been working a lot with FINN, during which I've developped some custom functions and utilities. I was simply wondering if there's any interest in these contributions from the community and from FINN maintainers. The code is available here. Here are the notable ones:

• Adding support for custom boards to the FINN build flow from the Vivado board XML. Reason why is I am using a Zybo Z7-20 board
• Brevitas/FINN model equivalence valiation functions (similar to the tutorials')

And also some custom build steps, notably:

• Inserting a custom IP block into the FINN shell accelerator block design, since my project requires some custom IP to sample physical signals
• Export the FINN shell block design to the build outputs
