FINN+ (a fork of FINN)

Hi everyone!

We would like to share FINN+, our fork of FINN, with you.
We are a group of PhD researchers at Paderborn University, Germany, and develop it as a vehicle for our research, which is partially funded via the eki project.

Today we pushed an initial release (v1.0.0) including the following additions on top of the latest FINN dev branch:

• Completely new containerless setup (replacing the Docker-based infrastructure)
• Transformer/Attention support
• Generation of an optimized C++ driver for Alveo platforms
• Support for host memory access on Alveo platforms
• Improved streamlining and introduction of a new "StreamlinePlus" transformation
• Generic elementwise binary operations
• YAML-based build configuration
• Extended opset support for the resize operator
• Improved logging
• Improved CI and unit test infrastructure

FINN+ is also pip-installable as a PyPI package.
