Error in compiling opencv example on sdx 2018.3

Hi Dear ,
Can anyone help me why I could not build it in non revision platform in zed borad while I don't have this board and my OS is windows? in fact first of all I want example of xf examples in widows after that send them to sd card.
I dont know how and where I can get folder of opencv_libs properly. Actually I have tested many opencv libs, but I couldn't build it.
