Add Video Functionality to xt-training visualize

Feature request to add some handling of video data in the xt_training visualize module.
User can upload video or upload a ZIP file of images. Add flag to show video output in mosaic or frame by frame.

I have assets that process videos frame-by-frame, spread across two of my projects. I can consolidate them sometime and contribute some codebase here.
