retire cnclient (and write a real CLI client)

This is just a note that cnclient is not production-quality code or even close to that. We will probably want a real command-line client at some point, probably based on dename/dnmgr instead of cnclient. If you are looking for coname-specific example code, the server tests have functions for performing updates and lookups.
