Enabling options causes what?

Hi, one of my topics in MC is AMT/VPro. So i'm reading about that here on Ylians docs.
There is something about AMTProvisioningServer that has to be enabled in settings section in config.json.
Okay, that should be possible, but could someone tell my what option causes a new build up of the agents, the server, the connections or something else. I can remember anabling on option on my dev-server causes a (it's been some time) "rebuild" of agents or something like that. And for now, i want to be safe, when enabling options that could causes me a real big problem.

AMTProvisioningServer is only to do provisioning local amt devices automatically using special dhcp options

Okay, but what if i change some settings in the domain section. are there some settings that causes are reinstall of the agents or something else?

that would be things like cert or agentCustomization or agentFileInfo
if you change these values, it will regenerate the meshagents,
to stop agents updating themselves you need to set noAgentUpdate: 1 under settings in your config.json
