Our company has some users in China and the far east, and when their 'ms' lag time goes into 5 digits it drop the connection time and Tools button a line.

We just need to make the box a little bigger as I've not seen the fact it's taking 22 seconds and 18 seconds for something to reply before, wow!

You should try setting up a new PC (or 17) on to a domain with that lag! Let's just say I don't get much else done on those kind of days!

@ASRTichy I would be intrigued to find out why it's taking 18 seconds for a ping/pong to reply?
Is meshcentral hosted on the same network as the remote computers?
Is ur client device (Use to control) remote to meshcentral?

Our host servers are at our UK site (it's the only site with a fixed IP).
We always have had issues with our Chinese staff/offices due to their countries 'Great Firewall' and we struggle to even get IPSec site-to-site VPN's up and running.
So we utilise Tailscale (https://tailscale.com/) and pass Mesh (and domain) data through it. It is pretty reliable and HAS improved our comms with the Chinese staff, but at times (generally UK working hours) it can still be beyond slow!

Oh wow, yes, u will have huge latency there! UK to China!
I would suggest running Meshcentral somewhere closer, maybe frankfurter or Netherlands
I also use netbird for our vpn instead of tailscale as its self hosted and under my control

PS. Im from the UK and host ours in our north West datacenter, and we have no latency issues at all, but our customers are all UK based
