Agent install screen not displaying on Windows 11

Describe the bug
The MeshCentral Agent install screen does not display on a fresh Windows 11 24H2 install.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Agent from MeshCentral Server through the Devices page
2. Double clicked on the installer

Expected behavior
The window that lets you see the connection details, Install, Uninstall, and close should popup but it does not. I see the CMD box popup but after that nothing is displayed. I have attached a screenshot below of the expected window. this was ran on my computer which is a Windows 10 22H2 machine.

to install it on Windows 11 24h2+, you need to EITHER STEP 1 OR 2 OR 3 below

1. install WMIC add on in windows features FIRST then meshagent
2. install it from the command line meshagent64-mygroup.exe -fullinstall
3. copy the NEW test agents from agents/test_agents/* to agents/* then restart meshcentral, then redownload and install
