Add remote registry to MeshCentral

Describe the solution you'd like
At the moment, a device in MeshCentral has the tabs Desktop (for Remote Display), Terminal (Remote Terminal), Files (Remote Files).
An additional Registry tab would be nice to display the registry.
With a nice GUI to navigate through the paths and with the possibility to edit or add reg values.

this is a VERY advanced feature and wouldnt be something we would implement unless it was a paid sponsorship
but happy to leave the issue open, to hear what others think

@DaanSelen yes the registry would be a windows only feature but again it needs sponsorshop to be implemented 👍

Since Simon asked for feedback: I personally don't see many uses cases, because:

• registry modifications are done seldom, otherwise they are done by something like group policies or registry imports, because it are then usually mass edits = same edit on many machines
• it's already possible to manage the registry remote via windows tools, also per command line (and MeshCentral has a remote shell)

So it could be relatively much work for maybe little benefit.

@tobias9931 , can you give more insight to your use cases?
