Introduce environment variable configuration (.env) for Spotify API keys

I think the project would benefit from supporting a .env file for configuration.

Since the setup requires Spotify API keys, having environment variables would make the deployment process much smoother.

Especially for people running the project in or self-hosted environments.

I sharing this here while I work on it on my own fork and get it running on my side. If you want this feature I can definitely open a pull request (WITH DOC OBVIOUSLY)

Hello! Could you explain what you expect from this environment file? Would you need me to change the example in the README to use .env files?

If you want to use env files for your instance, this is something already available through docker compose.

Never mind I did not read it well. but It could be a good practice to add a .env.example file. If you want it I would be happy to do it otherwise we can close the issue.
