Unable to specfify ont = "BP" with compareCluster

I am attempting to use compareCluster on scRNAseq data. I have attempted to specify for the Biological Processes ontology, since I want a plot with only the Biological Processes GO terms.

However, I get MF GO terms in the dotplot.

Is there any way to work around this issue?

Mmm, the category p38MAPK cascade is a GOBP category... (and not a GOMF):
