Where can I download the video data?

The official SeViLA github codes may use the raw video, especially How2QA, TVQA,VLEP dataset.
But official data providers don't publish the videos. Instead, they only open the video frames.
(ex. videos/tvqa/videos_3fps_with_audio/)

Could I download or get any these videos?
