after the update i got just
Apologies but this site is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later.
the file
/etc/php/8.2/fpm/pool.d/hubzilla.conf
was missing
found a backuped version under
/var/cache/yunohost/appconfbackup//etc/
and copied it to /etc/php/8.2/fpm/pool.d/hubzilla.conf
restarted php
and now the site is up again
