User login is not possible

Good day,
Penpot can be installed on my server without any problems.
After the installation, I get the following information:

You can log in by using <user>@yunohost.mysite.com e-mail as your username and your Yunohost password.

Here, instead of <user>, I write all the users on the server (including the administrator user) and I cannot log in to Penpot with any of them. The Penpot screen on Yunohost does not ask me for any information about user definition. As a result, I cannot run the application.

Assuming your server is running on domain.tld, you installed Penpot on penpot.domain.tld, your user is user you should be able to log in (checked it today) with:

User: user@domain.tld (note: not user@penpot.domain.tld)
Password: Your YNH password.

Now click on LDAP button (not Login).

Thanks for the info. But it didn't work.

Here's what I tried: I installed Yunohost on yunohost.domain.tld. I installed Penpot on penpot.domain.tld. When I finished the Penpto installation, it gave me the following information:

I was writing my username YNH admin instead of the information here. I tried the same username as admin@yunohost.domain.tld and admin@penpot.domain.tld. Now that I read your message, I had a little doubt: I wonder if I should write user directly there. I tried that too, but it didn't work. As a result, the combinations I tried are as follows:
admin@yunohost.domain.tld
admin@yunohost.domain.tld
user@yunohost.domain.tld
user@domain.tld
admin@domain.tld
I also clicked both the LDAP and Login buttons in each combination.
The result: Either "Something went wrong" or "Email or Password Incorrect" warning.
I just wanted to ask something out of curiosity: Why do we have to solve Pandora's Box to solve this application? Is its logo shaped like a Box? Since Yunohost's aim is to make things easier (not harder), shouldn't it provide the full username and password in the information provided after the installation?
