Custom Layout Fields

Hey,

I was wondering if there was a way to have fields that are displayed when a layout is assigned? For example I have a layouts called guides, matches, blog, courses:

When one of these layout are selected can I have fields that belong to this layout for:

• Banner Image
• Banner Title
• Banner Text
• SEO Title
• SEO Meta Description
• On-Page Title
• On-Page Text
