Initial Release: First beta version of KessabPro with essential livestock management tools.
Farmer Capabilities:
- Full animal management (CRUD) with image editing.
- Activity and medical logs per animal.
- Category creation with a default, read-only "Livestock" category on first login.
- Sale creation with buyer and animal selection, including transaction generation.
- Transaction history and even splitting across buyer sales, with PDF export including QR codes.
- Dashboard with farmer statistics.
- Profile management.

Follow the "Getting Started" instructions in the README to set up and run Version 1.0.0.
Ensure backend API supports PDF generation and QR code redirection (e.g., /api/sales/{id}/pdf).
