XML element 'ApplicableTradeSettlementFinancialCard' (BG-18) does not used in mustang

Hi! Thanks for the project and all your efforts.

It was noticed that in code function generateXML() does not printed xml element 'ApplicableTradeSettlementFinancialCard' (BG-18) and under it elements 'ID' (BT-87) and 'CardholderName' (BT-88).

We are wondering if we missed something?
