running on AWS

Same here - I haven't been able to overcome this. Did you find a solution?

If running in a data center ip (such as aws), you'll need to pass in a non-banned proxy

I'm not running it in a data center - just my local mac. I tried changing to my mobile phone's network and I'm getting the same issue, so I'm thinking it might not be an IP issue.

It is working fine for me, try with a high quality proxy (or more), it should work great.
