Heart dropped at killers feet under edge case when playerdrops is true

There's a bug with how hearts are dropped when the killer is in cooldown or has max hearts. It's always dropped at the feet of the killer even if playerdrops is true (it should drop where the player dies not the killers feet in this instance)
