Updating the Compose example to Compose 1.5.0 requires AGP 8.1

Currently, the "maven publishing process" is set up with AGP 7.4.2, and they messed around with it in 8.0.0.

This is here just to track that the process of publishing with AGP 8+ will be a painful endeavor.
