• How you installed ZoneMinder - from-source
• Full name and version of OS - ALT_Linux
• Browser name and version Firefox, Chrome

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Once restart the fcgiwrap.
2. Observe that the events in ZoneMinder do not stop.
3. The time counter keeps updating to the current time, making it impossible to track the actual event duration.
4. After run zmaudit.pl counter keeps updating again.
5. After restart server counter keeps updating again.

Expected behavior
The events should stop at their appropriate end time, and the time counter should show the correct elapsed time for each event, not updating to the current time continuously.

When attempting to open noending event in ZoneMinder, the following error appears in the logs:

ERR [zms_e6032535] [Could not open input file '/var/lib/zoneminder/events/58/2025-07-13/6032535/incomplete.mp4' (error 'No such file or directory')]

However, the actual video file exists on disk, but under a different path and filename:

/var/lib/zoneminder/events/58/2025-07-13/6032535/6032535-video.h264.mp4

Running zmaudit.pl does not fix this:

the incomplete.mp4 filename is because the event is currently being recorded. It gets changed to 60325350video,h264 when the event is over.

The event playback issue you are seeing is unfortunately due to how the browser deals with playing our type of mp4. The mp4 has not been finalized. The table of contents not written... so it doesn't know how long the video will be.

In which browser does the video play correctly?
Until the audit fixes this, the playback will not be available for 24 hours.
