The "tabList" class for <ul> is no longer used and should be removed from CSS ?

I didn't find any usage of "ul.tabList" on the pages. Apparently, it was previously used on the Monitor page for the section navigation menu.
If so, then I think it's time to clean "ul.tabList" from the CSS files.

And in general, there's some kind of mess in the CSS files, especially with the colors.....
