84: increase chain modifier for physical attacks. does not increase cap, just hits it faster.
[0, 3, 84, [100]]

85: increase chain modifier for magical attacks. does not increase cap, just hits it faster.
[0, 3, 85, [100]]

10006, not parsed:
Increase resistance to ATK/DEF/MAG/SPR break (100%) for 3 turns when HP drops below 70% (max 1 time)
[0, 3, 10006, [[95, 96, 97, 98], 100, 1, 70, 0, 3]]

10006, parsed:
should specify 'elemental'? "Increase all resistances by 50% when...

one more active that's not parsed. seems to be new this last week with ibara.
active 1014, used in skills 914409 & 914429.
not sure if it does anything more than control how many times per battle a skill can be used.

Fixed the passives with 358c73a, for the active I need more info (wiki seems to have problems rn).
