Motivation

Ensure block storage put file method works also for Azure/GCP.

Requested solution

Test block storage put file method with Azure and GCP backends.

Proposed implementation approach

Additional context

So far tested with a locally mocked S3. We should try it with the other platforms (either real or mocked) and think about whether or not to add these other platforms to our tests or not.
