Flex5G wont boot from usb

Hey man I was wondering how you were able to boot the Flex5g. I cant even find UEFI settings in my BIOS. and the boot menu only shows Windows boot manager
I just want to run a live usb but i cant even do that. Any help would be nice. This is the the only linux thing i have found on the flex 5g so hat is why i am asking
