Redirect URI not secure - Spotify new requriements

Hello!
Since April 9, Spotify does not allow localhost URI
https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/concepts/redirect_uri
What should I put in the dashboard when setting up the app?

You can replace localhost with 127.0.0.1

Thank you! It goes on, however I'm getting "Error running command: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)"
