Error on install for ios

I get an install error when i try to add ios platfrom
I did a platform rm ios
then i added the pugin
cordova plugin add https://github.com/abomadi/CordovaYoutubeVideoPlayer
then i added the ios platform and i get this error. I then added ruby with npm i -g ruby. Then re added ios platform. same error.

I'm using
cordova-ios 5.0.0
cordova 9.0.0
It looks like your plugin uses the newer ios video player. . i find other plugins don't work because they have not updated their video player for ios.
