The car pictured is using the nePerPixelMultiMap_AT_NMDetail_stickers shader for the entire body, the rear engine cover is the only the mesh with an attached *.uv2 file and it is failing to have VAO applied, deleting the *.uv2 file allows VAO to be applied as expected.
