Navigation headers on mobile page

On mobile browsers, the first header (Publication) is shown on the top but the rest of the headers are shown on the navigation panel on the right. Does anyone have advice on how I can rearrange the navigation section somehow so that I can move Publications to the panel (e.g. shifting everything to the right maybe?)?

What's the screen resolution of the device?

In my case is a pixel 9 (1080 x 2424?), I assume you see this on other mobile phones though too right?

@jakesong15 The template uses responsive web design to adapt the template based upon the resolution of the screen accessing it. Most mobile phones are lower resolution (e.g., mine is 750 x 1334) and 720 x 1280 is the typical resolution that a lot aim for. It looks like yours is big enough that not all of the navigation elements get pulled into the drop down. Making the dropdown "all or nothing" would solve the problem, that would require a bit of code on my part though.
