Feature request: Form class for notes/comments like mbsc-err-msg

E.g. a _mbsc-note-msg_ that maybe is a bit greyed out with info for the field - e.g. "The password must be at least 12 characters long." or "This will be the username other users recognize you by"

Should just not be colored - and maybe not bold.
