Standardize past competition pages to new format #162

Element.AI and StarChess.AI use the new competition routes, but all previous ones don't.

Create equivalent markdown pages for Energium, Hide and Seek
Figure out a way to gracefully handle spaces in the competition names for cleaner links
Configurable leaderboard columns based on data

Also, find out if NN modeling was ran multiple times since the metadata has discrepancies (FA20, WI21, WI22)
