Feature request: See/send friend request

Context
I only use the mobile app, I don't really use the web version. Somebody on chat told me they added me as a friend. I was confused, because I did not know this was even an option. I logged onto the website, and saw that there is the option to add friends. I think it would be great functionality to add to the app.

Functionality

• Minimal
  See a notification if somebody has added you as a friend, with the message that it should be handled through the web app
• Suggested
  • On the screen you get when clicking on someones icon in game, get an 'add friend' option'
  • Have a 'friends' item in the main menu bar (for example between 'Stats' and ' Settings', or as an option underneath 'Settings), which shows a list of your friends
