support for /opt/hostedtoolcache and OS package managers

Hi,

apt, chocolatey, homebrew, etc. seem to be missing from the supported package-type list.

I believe many of the components preinstalled in GitHub Actions stock runners come from /opt/hostedtoolcache and/or these OS package managers, rather than the programming language relative package managers currently supported.

For example, Go is not installed via maven, npm, nuget, rubygems, docker, nor container.
