I feel like I'm taking CRAZY PILLS.
Where are the docs for the freaking runner. Where do I find CLI docs? Not some convoluted scripts wrapping up and trying to hide a bunch of stuff. Just the docs for the args for the runner. All I want to do is have it store its own state IN A DIFFERENT DIR THAN ITS WORKING DIRECTORY.
But I can't even find that. Unbelievable.
