Provide the amount of time to complete each step in importing if LogLevel turned up to 3

We have occasional issues where a particular data set takes a long time to import. If Rita could report on how long each step took to complete, that would help identify which module needs attention at the import stage. Possible output format (though almost anything that reports on the time would be fine!):
