Implement Rotational Import Management for QLever

At RWTH Aachen i5 we would like to implement rotation of regular imports for the https://qlever.wikidata.dbis.rwth-aachen.de/wikidata endpoint. Currently we only implemented bits and pieces in https://github.com/WolfgangFahl/snapquery/blob/main/scripts/qlv

We would like to make this a web monitoring app where harddisks and ports can be configured to automate the rotational import. Please find below some AI suggested features. What do you think?

   • Hard disk configuration and status
   • Port assignment monitoring
   • Import process status/phases
   • Health monitoring

2. Automated Import Management

   • Configurable disk rotation
   • Port management for QLever instances
