Lot of downtime in the Wikidata endpoint

Hi, people in the Wikidata community are wondering about a lot of downtime in the Wikidata endpoint recently. Is there something you can share about the situation?

More exactly, there is two parts:

• the current issue 503 Service Unavailable. (which happened multiple times to multiple people in the last few days, and then come back and then went down again...)
• and more generally communication, how can we know about the issues (ideally without having to write a github issue each and every time)
