CI Pipeline Feature Request: Proper tags for the adfreiburg/qlever image

This is a feature request for the official docker image:

At the moment the image tags are based on pull requests and commits.
This makes it problematic to understand which version is deployed.

Please tag the image additionally with the version tag.

@seebi The problem is that there is https://github.com/ad-freiburg/qlever (the backend, this is where the commit hashes and PR numbers come from) and https://github.com/qlever-dev/qlever-control (the command-line tool, which has its own version numbers of the form major.minor.patch).

It's very good for development to have two different repositories for this. But it's very confusing for users that there are two kinds of version numbers. This will be solved when we have releases, which is on our short-term agenda

Does it makes sense to show both versions then when executing qlever --version ?
