Questions about performing affine transformation on the labels #31

When I do an affine transformation on the original data and labels('orig.nii.gz' and 'seg35.nii.gz'), I found that the labels transformed with neighbor interpolation were slightly aliased. But the aligned_seg35.nii.gz provided is still smooth. I'd like to know how you do the affine transformation on the labels.
