correct 'hamburger menu' color to match theme

This is the menu that is shown on mobile and other narrow-width displays. I suspect this is coded the same way as the 'chevron' buttons that open and collapse the levels of the navigation menu. Those use an SVG icon but can be recolored via pure CSS, probably the same here.
