End to end tests are needed for the page level progress extension

Now that e2e tests are run on PR creation we should add to these. This issue is specifically directed at tests for the page level progress extension

@oliverfoster would you have any thoughts on how we should proceed with some of the more complex plugins like the extensions and questions? With PLP for example I don't think its best to test every facet of functionality as you'd have to write tests to complete any types of components

Probably, something along the lines of:

Write general tests to start with and then write a summary of all of the bits that can't be tested yet. Then we'll move forward at a later date with all of the problems we've found in this first round of test creation?
