Resources drawer does not open with an empty list #133

The drawer for resources does not open when you interact with it if the list of resources is empty and resources is enabled

Expected behaviour
Either, the drawer for resources should not show, or preferrably, the drawer should open to an unpopulated list or a text saying that the list of resources is empty
