Feature request: allow switching between output devices if possible

@beqabeqa473 @Danstiv Is it possible to add a gesture for switching between output devices? Let's assume that the user has both the internal speaker and the external audio device active. Is it possible to switch between them with a gesture?
Additionally, a scenario can be taken into account where the user wishes to separate NVDA sounds from the main output device using a sound card or virtual audio cable. Is it possible to add NVDA's audio isolation feature to a specified audio device using a gesture?

The functionality you requested has been partially implemented, the dev version of the add-on has been published in the addon store, you can test it and give feedback in this issue.
To select devices you need to use ctrl+up / ctrl+down, and ctrl+right to apply.

Something similar has been implemented there, but pr is abandoned, maybe @beqabeqa473 will return there someday.
