Rename extension to `ajlang` (?)

`language` is a very generic name that might get us in conflict at some point; especially since Postgres has a concept of `language` that has a completely different meaning (support for backend-executed languages that is). 

Renaming this extension to `ajlang` could be a way to prevent future issues.
